If your bids aren't profitable, then what's the point of even winning them. There is a balance between conversions and profits and that balance is found on both extremes. Either be the cheapest and enjoy higher conversion rates and an easier time making sales or be the most expensive and enjoy the highest profits in the market and having more resources than everyone else to solve any issue.
