We all hit moments where the mission feels heavy and quitting seems like the easier option. The truth is that discipline is built in the hard moments, not the easy ones.

I put together this new video to share the mindset that has helped me push through doubt, resistance, and adversity. If you are working toward something big, I hope it fires you up.

Enjoy the videos and music you love, upload original content, and share it all with friends, family, and the world on YouTube.

Before our virtual meeting Matt DiFerdinando had the brilliant idea to create a promo video for the both of us.

After watching, DM me here on Instagram and let’s get the conversation started! 🇺🇸

Thank you Matt for your partnership and more importantly your friendship. I love your passion for life and truly helping others hit that next level!

I have always been fascinated by why some people stay calm when everything gets chaotic while others fall apart.

In my new blog, I talk about the real skill behind performing under pressure. It is practical, simple to understand, and something anyone can start building. If stress tends to get the best of you, this might help.

A great team isn’t built overnight—and it’s not built on talent alone. It starts with trust.

Trust in each other, trust in the process, and trust that everyone wants what’s best for one another. Without trust, nothing else can grow.

Emotional safety is the next step from a good team and a great one.

Knowing you can speak up without being judged.
Knowing mistakes won’t define you.
Knowing your voice matters just as much as anyone else’s in the room.

That kind of environment doesn’t just happen—it’s created, and when it’s there, people don’t hold back… they show up fully, they take risks, and they push each other to be better.

Trust builds the foundation.
Emotional safety strengthens the people.

That’s how real teams win.

There are going to be days where everything feels heavy. Where nothing is going your way, your mind is loud, and quitting feels easier than pushing forward.

Here’s the truth most people don’t want to hear:
this moment isn’t here to stop you, it’s here to test you.

Every setback, every doubt, every slow day—it’s all part of the process. Not to break you, but to build something stronger inside you.

The struggle you’re in today won’t last forever, there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

This too shall pass, so keep going.

“Ease is the enemy; comfort erodes discipline.”

I learned this the hard way. Comfort shows up quietly. It tells you to slow down, to take it easy, to wait for a better moment. Before you know it, you are drifting away from the goals you once cared about.

I wrote Crush the Quit to help people recognize that drift and fight back with habits that build real resilience. If this quote hits you where you are today, the book is available on Amazon.

I am proud to announce that my second book, Crush the Quit, is officially out and it is already an International Best Seller. It reached number one in Entrepreneurship Management along with several other bestseller and Hot New Release lists.

I wrote this book for anyone who is tired of starting over or feeling stuck halfway to their goals. These are the habits and mindset that helped me push through doubt, fear, and fatigue in the Teams and in everyday life.

To go even deeper, I created the Crush the Quit Companion Workbook, a 90 day framework to help you stay focused, stay disciplined, and stay in the fight.

Great Leaders Share

I have operated and worked under many different types of leadership and one thing really stands out.... great leaders are willing to share ideas and welcome others’ ideas and input.

In a culture where people trust each other and feel safe, they also feel more open to share ideas and have the team's best interests in mind. They are less likely to guard their own backs and protect their own ideas and interests.

Not only do great leaders share their ideas, but they also ask others who are more knowledgeable for help. They allow others to share their expertise and speak into a situation that may need a fresh set of eyes or an outside perspective. They are constantly looking for opportunities to build others up, promote and encourage them, and empower them.
