Here’s my journaling hack for my busy Coaches⁣

Don’t have 2 hours per day you journal out your new reality?⁣
⁣
I know you’ve been told about the power of journaling but as a busy CEO you don’t have time to journal 2 hours a day, I personally love journaling and I’ve never had to journal for 2 hours. ⁣
⁣
Here are 3 journaling method that will definitely save you some time, while manifesting your desires. ⁣
⁣
⁣
⁣
369 Journaling: In the morning journal your desire 3 times with the feelings for 17 seconds, then journal 6 times in the afternoon, and at night journal your desire 9 times while visualizing the feelings. Do this for 30 to 40 days⁣

⁣
555 Journaling: Write your desire 55 times for 5 days I love this method because it’s fast and so effective to manifest your desire.⁣
⁣
⁣
Visual Journaling: Visual Journaling is like a vision board but you are also journaling out your desire along with the images you are putting in your journal, You can do this for a long as possible just remember to add the feelings along with visualizing what you desire ⁣
⁣
It’s important when you want to manifest something into your reality that you are holding the feeling for 17 seconds but also visualize how you feel now that you’ve manifest the new reality⁣
