Every store runs on three legs: the right brides coming in, a team that knows how to close them, and a floor built for margin. All three have to be working at the same time.

We loved our VIP day with .bridal ✨

has grown an incredible bridal shop that gives unbelievable hospitality to their brides.

So our VIP Day wasn’t about pulling them out of a 911 situation, it was about identifying the tiny leaks that quietly slow growth once a business reaches a certain level.

Because at this stage, the questions change.

It’s no longer:
“How do we survive?”

It becomes:
• What’s wasting time?
• Where is the team overcomplicating things?
• What processes are creating unnecessary drag?
• What tasks should no longer require the owner’s involvement?
• Where are we losing energy, margin, or capacity without realizing it?

The most expensive thing in your business right now might be something you stopped seeing a long time ago.
