July afternoons in Colorado Springs are no joke.

We're talking intense sun, triple digit heat indexes and elevation that makes your system work harder than it was ever designed to. While the rest of the country is dealing with humidity your AC is fighting something just as tough. Thin air, brutal UV and temperature swings that can drop 30 degrees by nightfall.

Most systems weren't built with any of that in mind. Ours are installed by people who live it every single day.

If your system is struggling this time of year it's not your imagination. Give us a call.

People ask does this save you a lot of time?

The answer: No, setting up and tearing down this additional ladder adds time.

Then why do it?

Our crew can maintain 3 points of contact when ascending and descending ladders. The most they have to carry up is whatever is in their pockets. All tools, equipment and materials can be loaded on the ladder.

Safety first.

ATTN: Contractors

Shoutout to

Today we had to swap a Main Breaker and Pikes Peak Parts delivery saved the day. We were strapped on time and the trip would have added about 1.5 hours to our day.

We were able to call the supply house, pay for the breaker, and have it on will call for pick up. This allowed us to get the utility on the line and request a shutdown for the replacement.

They are a local company so if you have the need please use them!

Here is their Jot Form for parts delivery request

📣 We’re Hiring – Join the Steadfast Heating & Air Crew
We’re not just looking for a technician.
We’re looking for a team member — someone who sees the bigger picture and wants to be part of building something real.

Steadfast Heating & Air is a locally-owned HVAC company based in Colorado Springs. We’re growing fast, heading into a busy season, and looking for a motivated, qualified tech/installer who’s ready to grow with us.

Here’s the deal:

🔧 You’ve got skills. We need someone who can hit the ground running with installs, diagnostics, or service.
💡 We’ve got vision. We’re building something bigger than just another HVAC company.
📈 This is a ground-floor opportunity. Room to grow. Room to lead. Room to earn what you're worth as we expand.
💰 Starting pay is competitive for our stage — we’re honest about that. But the upside is real, and you’ll be part of that rise.

We're looking for:
✔️ Reliable, self-motivated techs
✔️ A good attitude (no egos — we’re a team)
✔️ Experience in residential installs and/or service
✔️ EPA certs & Mech4 Required
✔️ Someone who wants to build, not just clock in and out

📞 Sound like you? Or someone you know?
