The multifamily community in partnership with RangeWater Residential and JHP Architecture / Urban Design is comprised of 324 apartment residences along with 56 townhomes.

Our Northwest team, in partnership with Kite Realty Group, is proud to bring new life to this 22K SF commercial redevelopment in Woodinville, WA, highlighted by a brand-new Trader Joe’s storefront. This transformation included reconfiguring the existing space into three distinct tenant suites, complete with separated utilities and new system installations. The project also featured a full re-roof with structural reinforcement and a complete front façade demolition and rebuild.

We are excited to announce that construction has officially begun on Asteria Flats in Rancho Cordova, CA, in collaboration with and .

Asteria Flats is a thoughtfully designed, 236-unit affordable apartment community, offering residents access to a broad range of indoor and outdoor amenities.

CSI served as the design-build partner for the project, delivering in-house expertise in solar and fire alarm systems, along with coordinated services from subcontracting partners specializing in fire suppression, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing. Through effective permit expediting and seamless coordination of design efforts, CSI secured full permit approval within the 180-day timeline required to qualify for low-income housing tax credits. The solar system was strategically designed to not only meet code requirements but also maximize return on investment through the CUAC program, generating additional client revenue via increased tenant electricity offsets.

Our Northwest team just wrapped up a new, ground-up 14,731 SF Les Schwab Tire Centers on a 1.70-acre site in Kalispell, MT. This location features prefabricated tilt panels that create a clean, distinctive look. We are proud to have delivered 20+ LSTC projects over the past decade!

For the past two years, Tom Scott, Vice President of Client Relations in our Portland office, has volunteered as a mentor with The ACE Mentor Program of Oregon, an after‑school initiative connecting Portland-area high school students with careers in architecture, construction, and engineering.

We’ve been honored to host the program at our office twice, supporting weekly sessions where mentors from across the AEC industry guide students through a hands-on project that wraps up with a final presentation.
