We are excited to announce that construction has officially begun on Redlands Marketplace in Redlands, California, in collaboration with Regency Centers and .

Redlands Marketplace is a new, ground-up retail center totaling approximately 8 acres. The development will feature a thoughtfully designed collection of retail buildings, including a new shell building planned for a Whole Foods Market, four additional shop buildings, and a dedicated pad for a future tenant development.

The project will include extensive site improvements and infrastructure upgrades to support the new development. These improvements include the extension of the adjacent roadway, modifications to existing traffic signals, installation of new street lighting, and construction of a large parking area serving the retail center. Site development will also include the preparation of a separate dirt pad that will be reserved for future tenant construction.

We had an incredible time attending the Topping Out celebration for Heritage Park in Gilbert, AZ! It was a great day spent alongside Crescent Communities, AO, and the many talented trade partners helping bring this exciting project to life.

The event was a chance to celebrate an important milestone, enjoy a great lunch, and congratulate a few lucky raffle winners. Most importantly, it was an opportunity to recognize the hardworking men and women in the field whose dedication and commitment make projects like Heritage Park possible. We are proud to be part of such an outstanding team and look forward to seeing Heritage Park continue to take shape!

Our RangeWater Candelas team is making great progress in Arvada, CO! The team is working on soil stabilization, curb and gutter, and grading and asphalt paving to release for vertical construction.

The multifamily community in partnership with RangeWater Residential and JHP Architecture / Urban Design is comprised of 324 apartment residences along with 56 townhomes.
