RARE Restoration & Roofing is looking for a driven, organized, and dependable Reconstruction Project Manager to join our growing team in Colorado Springs.
We are a locally owned, family-owned restoration company built around taking care of people, solving problems, and doing things the right way. At RARE, our team works closely together, leadership is involved in the day-to-day business, and good people have real opportunities to grow.
Our company handles residential and commercial restoration projects throughout Colorado, including water, fire, smoke, mold, contents, roofing, and full reconstruction. Our reconstruction division works closely with homeowners, property owners, property managers, insurance professionals, subcontractors, vendors, and our mitigation teams to get properties put back together after a loss.
We are looking for a Project Manager who can take ownership of the rebuild process and keep projects moving from start to finish.
What You'll Be Responsible For
The Reconstruction Project Manager will oversee assigned reconstruction projects and serve as the primary point of contact between the customer, subcontractors, vendors, and RARE's internal team.
We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work.
