High Rise Coffee Roasters is a family owned and operated coffee roaster located in the historic Old Colorado City shopping district, in Colorado Springs, CO. We have been roasting beans for folks along the front range since 1996. Our San Franciscan steel drum small batch roaster gives us a level of control over the roasting process that allows for an added level of craft quality. This coupled with

our stringent commitment to freshness allows us to produce coffee beans that our customers simply can’t live without. We generally carry a more diverse variety of coffees than most roasters, with over 30 different varietals on hand at all times. Our blends have been tweaked and perfected over the years with Espresso and French Roasts being our most popular. We make endeavors to be environmentally conscientious by using an afterburner on our roaster which significantly reduces volatile emissions, promote sustainable brewing methods as well as conduct extensive recycling and repurposing of waste. We are open for retail or wholesale six days a week. Mondays and Saturdays: 10:00am - 3:00p

Tuesdays - Friday : 10:00am - 5:15p
