Three years of planning, building tools, and testing in smaller groups.

The Exceptional Owners Mastermind launched yesterday in Colorado Springs.

Twelve months. Eight tools. Twelve owners.

Owners are not short on ideas. We are short on systems and ex*****on — and most of us have nobody to build with.

So we built the mastermind we always wanted. Friday mornings in the Springs, an Owner’s Table every month, and a half day each quarter for social and relationship growth.

You don’t need more inspiration. You need an operating system.

Cohort 1 is full. Cohort 2 is open for interest.

We LOVE our clients and business partners.

We are also different in how we approach gifts and ways to show our thanks.

We wanted to create a gift that would be Exceptional and serve our clients a long time.

Our long-time gift partner W**e Punts has done amazing things with every product we’ve brought them. We brought some amazing knives at Scheels and got them engraved.

We cannot wait to give them out!!

If you know a business owner that needs help selling their business our team would love to help them.

Another successful business sale.

An owner walked into our office, signed, shook the buyer’s hand, and walked out with the next chapter in front of them. That is the whole job.

Here is what they said about the team:

“Amazing team who persevered and got it done! This is the ONLY business sales group I will ever recommend! Thanks everyone!”

Five stars. Their words, not ours.

We don’t list businesses. We guide owners — one exit at a time, and we stay in it until the wire hits.

If you are inside five years of an exit, the work starts now, not at the closing table.

Social media tells you success should look the same for everyone.

Chris Seegers disagrees.

An exceptional life isn't about chasing someone else's version of wealth or success. It's about building a life that's aligned with your values, your gifts, and the future you actually want.

The goal isn't to escape your life with vacations...
It's to create a life you don't want to escape from.

Too many entrepreneurs believe their business is their identity.

Chris Seegers shares why fulfillment comes from aligning your unique gifts with serving others—not from fitting someone else's expectations. And when it's time to leave your business, the hardest transition isn't financial...

It's personal.

Because if your identity is built on your company, what happens when it's gone?

Everyone is asking if AI will replace sales.

Chris Seegers believes they're asking the wrong question.

The businesses that win won't use AI to replace relationships—they'll use it to strengthen them. Technology should handle repetitive work so people can focus on what matters most: trust, conversations, and genuine human connection.

The future belongs to businesses that use AI to amplify people, not replace them.

The life you want won't happen by accident.

Chris Seegers explains why the biggest difference between people who stay stuck and those who build exceptional lives isn't talent or privilege—it's having an operating system for life. When you stop waiting for someone else to create your future, everything changes.

Your business follows your systems. Your wealth follows your habits. Your life follows your plan.

The biggest threat to your business might not be the market.

It might be the way you define yourself.

Chris Seegers explains why so many leaders get trapped by labels like "construction company," "marketing agency," or "oil business." The companies that thrive through disruption don't define themselves by what they sell. They define themselves by the value they create and the problems they solve.

When your identity is bigger than your industry, you're free to adapt to whatever comes next.
