Honey ginger stir fry on the menu tonight. Packed with tofu and super tasty.

1. Crisp up the tofu and set aside
2. Pour hot water over the rice noodles and keep them separate
3. Toss sesame oil and your veggies (I used carrots, green onion, and snap peas) together for a few minutes.
4. Add honey, ginger, Thai basil, and tofu together. Cook down to a thick sauce.
5. Add noodles to bowl and spoon over the stir fry.

Just because something is an unfolding as fast as a plane crash or a car accident, does not make it any less of an emergency, here we are talking about something catastrophic that could affect each and everyone of us. Please consider donating to organizations like or putting your money into brands that are focused on reducing waste, carbon footprint, etc.

It’s not the best picture but I was feeling quite ravenous as you can tell from half of my shake being gone by the time I took this picture, these are the consequences.

Here we’ve got eggs atop a slice of Chao cheese, sundried tomatoes, and a touch of gochujang and black truffle salt on some toast. On the side of that I had a chocolate magic smoothie with a handful of blackberries and almond milk. Quick and easy, but super tasty.

Cookie dough, but high in protein and fully . For this recipe I mixed together:
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp truvia
- 2 scoops of chocolate magic
- 1/2 cup vital wheat gluten
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- dash of cinnamon
- dash of vanilla extract
- small handful of chocolate morsels
- 1 tbsp of vegan butter alternative
- sea salt for flavor richness
- a couple tablespoons of almond milk for consistency

I just mixed everything together and put into a bowl for storage in the fridge. I’m going to tweak this recipe a bit in the future, even though it is tasty. I may swap in stevia or maple syrup and use coconut oil instead. Don’t know, but that’s the fun of playing with your food!

Working backwards, enjoying one of my favorite smoothies as of late...chocolate espresso flavors meets banana.

The layers look super funky as I am also using a greens powder for an added nutritional umph. But for this I threw the following in and blended.

- 2 scoops chocolate magic from
- 20g of oats
- Some ice cubes
- 1 frozen banana
- A little bit of almond milk
- A splash of coffee

Midday to jack up the heart rate and hit all the major muscles. Doing this without the rest breaks in a EMOM fashion took just 32 minutes. All you need is something to hang on and something that could act as a bench (a chair even).
