A little bit from the eviction clean. This is the same house from the fridge video the other day. In total it took me over the course of 3 days just to pre clean this house. What is a pre-clean? Basically a move out clean so maintenance can properly inspect what needs to be replaced and repaired and once everything is finished I come in with a touch up clean. then new tenants can move in. The biggest shout out to Elite Maintenance Solutions for snaking this toilet before I came in. If you are in need of any maintenance work, power washing or painting call them! The entire team is absolutely amazing! A bathroom clean video is in the works. I am just exhausted right now so that will be edited and uploaded tomorrow 🤣

Yesterdays move out clean 🧼 🧽 the way those floors SHINED after 😍😍 the redbull can and bag didn’t stay I just didn’t realize they where in the picture 🤣 yesterday was a long day so I didn’t get around to sharing these right away. after the clean I had to pick my kids up from school and man was I exhausted, my day started at 3am so it was an early night for me!

A huge move out clean on another roach infested house 🪳 this kitchen alone took me 7 hours. The rest of the house has to be finished Friday. But I am so happy the worst of it has been finished! This house not only had roaches, it had mice droppings and the house had been smoked in. So a lot of scrubbing to not only sanitize, but to get the sticky layer of smoke off cabinets and appliances. Tomis another king day! I have a move out clean out in Sumter for one of my favorite realtors, then another move out clean back in Columbia in the afternoon! We are hoping for no 🪳🕷️or 🐁 🤣 but you all know I absolutely LOVE cleaning houses like this. It’s a great reward to bring these houses back to life ❤️
