Safety First Lineman Clinics Safely introduce fundamentals and importance of proper youth football linemen techniques. We teach proper techniques, NOT smash-mouth football.

We focus on safely teaching the correct techniques for stance and base/reach/seal/cut/gut/trap/pass/combo/double team blocks.

As another season begins I always think back to different phases of JT's football life. This picture with Big Steve and Calvin Jr is by far my favorite from his MSJ days. 7-8 years later and all 3 still heavily involved in football and I don't see that changing any time soon. Good luck to all 3 this season. Brothers For Life!!

Seasons are winding down. Congrats to all and good luck to those still fighting the fight. We are meeting this week with Coach Chris Miller @ Maximum Fitness and Coach Calvin Montgomery to finalize joint plans for an ultimate Lineman Technique/Agility/Strength/Conditioning/ Clinic. Stay tune for update. I promise if you coach, your lineman will be much improved for next season if you send them our way.

First Summer Clinic less than 3 weeks away. Safety First Lineman Clinics are proud to announce the Guest Appearances for our first couple weeks work. Head Coach Marcus Lewis (Merriotts Ridge HS) Head Coach Rich Holzer (Mt St Joseph HS) and President Baltimore TD Club Coach Doug Duvall (5X State Champion Wilde Lake HS). These Coaches have all committed to take time from their busy schedules to stop by and talk with the boys and address parents if time permits. All 3 are very successful at what they do for youth football in the State of Maryland and total approximately 500 wins between them over the years. Clinic I June 21-22-23 8-10 AM ClinicII June 28-29-30 8-10 AM Only 5 weeks left before first clinic. Footwork and Technique is what we will do from start to finish. No special equipment needed, no level of experience needed, nothing needed except a desire to learn and a want to be a good offensive lineman. Learn to perform basic blocking techniques safely. Footwork, hand placement, hip movement, angles, & body placement, all of which are important to learn for optimum performance.
