This role is a strong growth opportunity for someone who wants to learn fast, build real workflows, and grow into bigger responsibilities over time 📈

You’ll work on:
📝 organizing notes and action items
🔄 supporting automations and workflow cleanup
🧪 testing automations
📂 creating templates and process docs
🤝 supporting real internal operations

Internship details:
Duration: 3 to 4 weeks
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Location: Fully remote (open worldwide)
Time zone: U.S. Eastern overlap preferred (flexible)
Compensation: Unpaid evaluation internship; paid opportunities after the evaluation based on skill, technical capability, ownership, and measurable impact
Certificate: Certificate of Completion provided to all interns who complete the program

SynergyGrid is growing, and we’re looking for someone organized, reliable, and strong in communication to support our operations team.

You’ll help with:
📅 Scheduling and calendar coordination
📝 Meeting notes and follow-ups
📂 Document and Google Drive organization
✅ Task tracking and team support

You’ll be working on real projects in renewable energy, microgrids, and resilient infrastructure with universities, municipalities, and community partners.

🤖 We do not replace people with AI.
We train people to work with AI to improve their skills, speed, and career value.

Internship details:
