You have two choices.
You can use it, or you can lose it.
That applies to movement.
It applies to consistency.
It applies to showing up, speaking clearly, making space, and giving people a reason to come back.
The problem is that we get so busy putting out fires that we forget we are supposed to ignite them.
We wait until the pressure is high, then wonder why the pattern feels awkward, weak, or hard to reach.
Some things are not gone.
They just have not been practiced.
That is part of the work behind JALA: noticing the patterns that make life and work heavier, then building support that helps preserve more freedom in the day, the future, and the life we are trying to create.
