Welcome to my Estate Sale page!
I mean it when I say EVERYTHING MUST GO! This house contains 3 households of furniture, fixtures and stuff .. plus a barn that needs to be emptied (and eventually dismantled and sold board-by-board) … so yes, there is A LOT of stuff!
This is an ongoing page … and I will be adding items daily .. so check back everyday to see what has been added .. (and what you missed out on 😳)
I will also be doing “LIVE” “auction type sales” … I’m working on how to do this and make it fun with giveaways and daily free drawings … so that’s just one more reason to follow along!
All items will be discounted after 7 days. So … here’s the deal:
On day 8 it will be 10% off
On day 15 it will be 20% off
On day 22 it will be 30% off
On day 29 it will be 40% off
On day 36 it will be 50% off
On day 43 it will be 60% off
On day 50 it will be 70% off
On day 57 it will be 80% off
On day 64 it will be 90% off
… and finally on day 71 it will be FREE!
The best way to follow an item is to comment on the item’s picture/post as “FOLLOWING” that way when the price changes you will be notified so you can grab it with a discount!
If you see something you like .. and you don’t want to risk it being sold … ask for a discount! I can almost guarantee that all reasonable offers will be accepted (and probably even some unreasonable ones 🤪)
If you have questions about items, comment under the picture or send me a message (just make sure you screenshot the item you’re asking about).
Don’t ask if an item is still available. 😳 If it’s still posted, it’s still available. As soon as an item is sold the picture is deleted.
If you see an item that you want you need to CLAIM IT! To “claim” an item - comment on the picture “SOLD”. Once I confirm the comment, and confirm that it is yours … you must pay for it immediately. If I do not receive payment within one hour, your comment will be deleted and the item will be available for purchase again.
Once I confirm the item has been sold and paid for, I will place your item in a “shopping box” (or in a separate room in the house) with your name and payment receipt with it. You will then need to contact me to schedule a time to pick up your items. I will hold your paid items for ten days. After ten days your items will be donated to a local nonprofit charity. No items will ever be re-sold.
I will also be scheduling REMOTE PICK-UP LOCATIONS throughout the Midlands. If you want to pick up your items at one of these remote locations, let me know and I will add that note to your “shopping box” so that there is no risk of your items being donated.

I also offer shipping! Just add the shipping rate to your payment. Flat rate boxes range in price from $11-25 and lots of little things will fit in a large USPS Flat Rate Box!
