Fish cupcakes made for a "one fish, two fish, red fish, two blue fish" Dr. Seuss baby shower. The rainbow fish with a crown was specifically made for the soon-to-be Momma.
Half were vanilla cake dyed a light blue, others were chocolate with a creamy peanut butter center. All were royal icing, dyed to match corresponding M&M scales.
( There were even more that just didn't make it into pictures.)

My next project is cupcakes for a baby shower. The unique aspect? The theme is Dr. Seuss, One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish!
And one flavor is regular vanilla, while the other is going to be chocolate with a creamy peanut butter filling.
