Prior to joining the John Maxwell Team I spent 36 years in the paper manufacturing industry serving in many leadership roles in engineering, maintenance, and operations for the past 30 years. After discovering John’s book, Developing the Leader Within You, over 20 years ago, I began a dedicated life-long learning process of improving my leadership skills to raise my level of effectiveness through my various leadership roles. It was a life-changing discovery when I became aware that leadership can be learned. Having successfully applied John’s leadership training and principles in my professional career, and having taught leadership skills for many years in the organizations, I have been privileged to work for, I was personally able to see us raise the lid on our effectiveness and the results achieved.
