Our friends at the Missouri Arts Council have chosen their 2026 Arts Award Winners. The poster features the gorgeous photograph "Blue Orange Fair" by Notley Hawkins, which he shot at the Missouri State Fair in 2010, and donated to the SHSMO art collection.
