Last Wednesday evening, October 7th, Quevera hosted B**rs & Apps Over Apps – Oktoberfest Edition at Reckless Shepherd in Columbia, Maryland!

Our very own Software Developers, Mike and Eric, took center stage to deliver an engaging Tech Talk on AI Code Development, sharing insights and sparking conversations about the evolving world of artificial intelligence.

With great food, drinks, and plenty of engaging conversations, the evening brought our local tech community together for a fun mix of learning and networking!

A great Sunday for football, QTeam, and a Ravens win!

QTeam members joined Quevera CEO Lee Simms at M&T Bank Stadium on Sunday, October 4, to cheer on the Baltimore Ravens as they took on the Tennessee Titans. With QSuite tickets and a 24–18 Ravens victory, it was a pretty great way to spend a Sunday!

This past weekend, Quevera brought together our QTeam members and their families for our annual company event at Linganore Winecellars in Mt. Airy, Maryland!

The afternoon was filled with great food catered by CarterQue BBQ and Glamourview Creamery, plenty of laughs, and some friendly competition as our QTeam members put their teamwork to the test in our very own Survivor Games!

Each team sported a different colored bandana and competed in a series of challenges. First up, teams searched through a ball pit to find a hidden key that unlocked a box containing a puzzle they had to assemble. Once completed, they raced to the co****le challenge, where they had to land four bags before advancing to the final test: getting every team member through a hula hoop!

After plenty of teamwork, determination, and a few laughs along the way, Team Orange emerged victorious and claimed the title of Survivor Games Champions!

Congratulations to Team Orange, and a huge thank you to everyone who joined us and made the afternoon so memorable!

At Quevera, our people are what make us who we are. Events like these give us the opportunity to step away from our desks, connect with one another, and celebrate the incredible team and families behind everything we do.

79 Years of Aim High. Fly-Fight-Win.

Today, we celebrate the 79th birthday of the United States Air Force and nearly eight decades of service, innovation, courage, and commitment to our nation.

On September 18, 1947, the U.S. Air Force officially became an independent branch of the Armed Forces. Since then, generations of Airmen have answered the call — advancing technology, strengthening national security, and carrying the mission forward around the world.

To the Airmen serving today, the veterans who paved the way, and the families who stand beside them: thank you for your service and sacrifice. From all of us at Quevera, Happy 79th Birthday, U.S. Air Force!
