This cover had massive impact on my life at the time and probably still does somehow.

Not really sure why this randomly appeared in my mind this morning, but it did, so I’ll follow it wherever it leads.

Yes, I also remember the other cover was on but choose not to let that one stay.

This is the 6th time that I’ve completed .

1st, the numbers: I’m 48 2/3 years old & Started 11-months post Full Thickness Tear Repair Surgery and Bicep tendinopathy.

NUTRITION/WEIGHT: My starting weight was 216lbs and I finished at 205lbs. This was a larger weight loss than I have experienced in the past and there are at least two factors that I believe contributed:
1. Around day 23 (battle robes and tire flip workout, I began to experience significant medial epicondylitis (Golfer’s Elbow) in my left arm and for the rest of the program I wasn’t able to do any Olympic lifts, which I usually packs on legit muscle mass on me in the past.
2. I use to track nutrition and I maintained a 300kcal daily deficit. Around day 62 I realized I also had it set to lose 1lb per week, which as we know, is a 500kcal daily deficit. So I was at least 800kcal daily deficit. No wonder I was hungrier than normal 🤦🏻‍♂️.

WORKOUTS: This round (despite my elbow) I feel I did the best job balancing my workouts. For outdoors, I did a ton of workouts, interval/threshold/speed (30/20/10s) running workouts both with/without the 20lbs plate carrier.
For I had to get creative and feel I made some great improvements in mobility/stability thanks to things like the . As with all my strength programs, lots of HIITs & EMOMs.

SUPPLEMENTS: As before, I took Thyro Drive & 1-DB Overdrive. In addition, I took Collagen daily with my coffee.

BOOKS: By far my favorite selection this Cycle:
1. THINK AND GO RICH 1929 (Napoleon Hill)
2. THE SCIENCE OF GETTING RICH 1910 (Wallace D. Wattles)
3. THE STRANGEST SECRET 1956 (Earl Nightingale)
4. WHY YOU WANT TO BE RICH 2006 (Donald J Trump and Robert Kiyosaki)
5. SKIP THE FLIP 2020 (Hayden Crabtree)

The overall theme: We must always be “acting in a certain way.” This entails taking decisive action to achieve your goals and desires. He emphasizes that desiring for wealth is not enough; one must actively work after them. Wattles advises readers to have faith in their activities since taking the right steps will lead to success.

FINAL THOUGHTS in comments.

This day, 22 years ago changed the trajectory of our Nation, as well many of our lives.

For some it revealed a path that we would follow for almost two decades.

We must always remember.
