✨ Heavenly Pages Reopening Announcement ✨

We are so thankful to share that Heavenly Pages will reopen on January 6.

This season of healing and recovery has been humbling, stretching, and sacred. Through it all, your prayers, messages, kindness, and continued support have meant more than I could ever put into words. You showed up for us in ways that reminded me just how faithful God is and how precious this community truly is.

We give God all the praise and all the glory for carrying us through. Every step, every breath, every bit of strength came from Him.

“I will bless the Lord at all times: his praise shall continually be in my mouth.”
Psalm 34:1 (KJV)

Thank you for loving us, praying for us, and standing with us. We can’t wait to welcome you back through our doors on January 6.

🪿 Grace the Goose: Locked-In on Second Street

HONK!

This is Grace reporting live from inside Heavenly Pages Bookstore, where chaos is currently at… zero.
Why? Because my human never showed up today. She’s home sick, and that means no one unlocked the door.

So here I am, stuck behind the glass, looking out at my kingdom — Second Street — where the people walk by without their daily dose of goosey greetings.
Do you know how hard it is to maintain celebrity status when you can’t even get outside?

I strutted up and down the aisles, inspecting the shelves. I knocked a bookmark display sideways (purely for science).
I sat on a stack of journals and declared them “Grace Approved.” I even tried honking at the cash register to see if it would open and reveal the Debbie’s Onion Ring fund. Nothing.

The quiet is unbearable. Usually, I’m out there honking at delivery trucks and keeping the street in line. Today? Just me and a row of Bibles, staring at each other like, “Well… now what?”

But don’t worry, Second Street. As soon as my human is back on her feet, I’ll be back out there making the kind of wholesome chaos you’ve come to expect. You can’t keep a goose down for long.

Until then… if you walk by and hear faint honking from the bookstore window, that’s just me — Grace — reminding you that the heart of downtown is still very much alive.

🪿✨ A Special Visit at Heavenly Pages ✨🐾

Well, friends… guess who waddled into my world today? 🪿➡️🐶 My new buddy Levi the Service Dog!

Now let me tell you, Levi was the picture of perfection. He listened to every command from CJ like a pro, sat so handsome for pictures, and didn’t even try to nibble on anything (unlike someone we know… ahem me 😅).

I had to be on my best goose behavior—which, let’s be honest, isn’t my specialty. Usually I’m the one stirring up a little chaos on East Second Street. But Levi made me look like the one who could use some obedience school. 🪿🎓🐶

Thank you so much, CJ, for letting me share a photo with Levi! He was such a gentleman, and I may just have to start taking lessons from him.

Until then, I’ll keep being my silly, mischievous self… but maybe with a little more grace. 😉

You’ll spot Abigail strutting proudly at Artwistic Revolution Art Gallery. She’s a feisty goose with a love for all things bold and beautiful. Don’t be surprised if she stirs up a little chaos between the paintbrushes and canvases—she calls it “artistic flair.”

☕ Amelia
If you’re craving a good coffee and a bite to eat, you’ll likely find Amelia cozying up at Second Street Bean. She’s got refined taste, a warm spirit, and rumor has it she’s already claimed her favorite corner table.

👗 Ruthie
Over at The Corner Store, Ruthie has found her roost. She’s all about fashion, trinkets, and the thrill of discovering treasures. From outfits to gifts, she’ll be the first to spot the must-haves—and she’s not shy about showing them off.

📚 Grace
At Heavenly Pages Bookstore, you’ll meet Grace—kind-hearted and full of life. But don’t let her sweetness fool you—Grace can be quite the handful! She always seems to find herself in a bit of trouble, whether it’s poking her beak where it doesn’t belong or causing a playful stir between the bookshelves. Still, her big heart makes her impossible not to love.

Henry & Henrietta
And then there are the twins—Henry and Henrietta. These two are wanderers at heart. They’ll pop in when you least expect it, honking in unison as they explore East Second Street together. Nobody ever knows when they’ll show up, but when they do, it’s always an adventure.

✨ With Abigail’s sass, Amelia’s charm, Ruthie’s style, Grace’s sweet-but-spunky spirit, and the twins’ surprise visits, East Second Street is officially the place to flock. Come see what all the honking is about—you never know which goose you’ll run into next!

Each goose has its own charm, outfit, and personality—ready to bring a little joy, laughter, and curiosity to your shopping trips.

Take a stroll down East Second Street, pop into the shops, and see what our geese are up to. They might just surprise you with their silly antics and fun looks!
