Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a general laborer specializing in water mitigation. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the cleanup and restoration of properties affected by water or fire damage. Training will be Provided.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the removal of water from affected areas using pumps, vacuums, and other equipment
- Tear out damaged materials such as drywall, flooring, and insulation
- Clean and disinfect affected areas to prevent mold growth
- Assist with the installation of drying equipment such as dehumidifiers and fans
- Work closely with other team members to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and effectively

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in water mitigation or general labor preferred but not required
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods of time
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn new skills and work in a fast-paced environment

We are seeking a Fire & Water Content Cleaner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning and restoring contents affected by fire, water, or other disasters. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the restoration industry and possess a strong attention to detail. Training will be Provided.

Responsibilities:
- Clean and restore contents affected by fires, floods, storms, or other disasters
- Use specialized equipment and cleaning products to remove soot, smoke, water stains, mold, and other damage
- Pack, inventory, and transport contents to off-site facilities for cleaning and storage
- Maintain accurate records of all cleaned items and their condition
- Work efficiently to meet project deadlines and client expectations

Qualifications:
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques for various types of materials
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in physically demanding environments
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
