Recently we opened a storefront location on Main Street. In doing so we also applied to become a USDA Approved Establishment for importing and handling trophies from out of country. We had our inspection and all is good. We are now a USDA AE and our information for shipping purposes can be found on the USDA database for approved establishments. Hello Clients,

As some may know and some may not know. We recently invested into a larger studio. We had outgrown our previous situation and was basically forced to go bigger. With that said it did cause a delay in our production. However we are back in action. And hard at work. This coming week we have our USDA inspection which will add a week. Truly sorry but this is the price of growth. Please understand that we want your mount on your wall just as bad as you want it. We don’t get paid (profit) until it’s in your living room.

Sooooo recently a customer wanted to bash us. 155 reviews. 148 five stars. 7 one star. Let us explain.

-customer didn’t pickup. So his mount was sold to cover the remaining balance.

-customer flat out left a false review.

-customer’s representative wanted us to give them mount without paying remaining balance.

-customer is upset because their representative didn’t fill out the information card correctly.

-customer dropped off and started contacting about two weeks asking if her specimen was ready. Explained no that freeze drying takes some time. Continued to call even on a Sunday at 6:30pm. So was told to come get her specimen.

-customer upset because the shop phone doesn’t receive text messages. Even though it’s stated it does not receive text.

-customer upset because they transported their trophy in the back of their truck unsecured and now it looks like it got hit with a 68 Buick.
