Went ahead and did some landscaping work around this new cement pad In Columbus junction. Homeowners wanted something simple and as maintenance free as possible. We went ahead and went with synthetic edgers and decorative landscape rock.

Smaller grading and seeding job in kalona, went ahead and brought in good top soil to regrade and help build up the low spots in this homeowners lawn. As well as using the correct seed mix for the amount of shade the area receives.

Late post

We finally wrapped up on the project in lone tree had a great time teaming up Lyle Earthworks & English River Concrete.

We had the opportunity to take care of the seeding and backfill work along side silt sock install. We will be back to remove silt sock and touch up spots that didn’t take grass later on.

After all the rain fall we had a couple weeks back this property had ground sink and wash off due to all the rain. We came in and with material provided by the customer and re graded the hill side.

Packed in more dirt and erosion stone to help prevent further damage to the property and from the hill side washing away any further. We also re seeded all the areas affected from running equipment to complete this project.

P.S. Yes that is a creek 4 foot from where the dirt sunk in off the Retaining wall.

Another parking area we went ahead and hauled out extra material the driveway had which caused water to run off inside the home owners garage.

We regraded everything after removing excess material. Tile & drainage was recommended to completely eliminate this from ever happening again. But this alone should help water run off tremendously and was a good initiative.

We should be able to wrap things up this week finishing up some back fill, grading and throwing down some seed and get some grass established.
