Pride is a tricky beast. Most everyone will tell you that it's ok for feel proud of something you've accomplished. What the Black Ops Destruction team has been able to accomplish over the past few years has been astounding. I believe it might be natural to be proud of how far we've come.
But the tricky part is that "pride comes before the fall." We have no intention of falling, so instead of being proud, I'm thankful. Our team would not be where we are today if we weren't blessed with tremendous teammates out on the roads doing the work every day.
We couldn't have accomplished all that we've done without our incredible customers that continue to put their faith in us to secure their sensitive information.
Our channel partners have always been there to support us whenever we needed assistance and they were the experts.
Countless folks throughout the industry that have taught us, coached us, and mentored us to find a better path forward.
Maybe that's the best way to prevent pride from creeping in - realizing that you haven't done any of it alone. We're forever grateful to each and every individual and organization that has helped us travel this path.
Let's close out the year with strength and appreciation.
