BUSINNESS PSA!
Just wanted to share these photos. Did anyone else get these in the mail that says 2026 Annual Report Business renewal filing due April 15th? Fee $399.89. WELL....pay attention cause this is a solicitation. Your annual business renewal IS due April 15th but there is NO charge for you to do this. You can go on to the Secretary of State Montana website and complete it yourself and they have waived their fee again this year. It is normally a $35 fee. OR you can contact your accountant or lawyer who created your LLC and they can probably help you. But please don't fill these out and pay the $399 fee.

Hi everyone! Happy New Year! I don't post much on this page, but I just wanted to say THANK YOU to all my clients and to those who have referred clients to me over the past 12 years! 2026 is looking to be a year of growth, hopefully for everyone!
