In 1974 when V2K was successfully announced they only used short words so they wouldn't cross the current safety limit. There are people using the program injecting sound continuously into victim's heads now!! That's attempted murder! How do my captors think their friends who use the program will feel knowing they sent people to their graves? My captors are addicted to the program and keeping their addiction a secret means they'll use it again and won't fully recover. We could start RNMA, a recovery program for those who are supposed to be ethical and have morals but instead are just assassins for the government. The government glosses over the fact by giving users money to do a job with it, basically bribing the user into silence. The government uses fear tactics with its' employees to ensure secrecy of this program. The access to RNM is far to widespread and private security companies have no business having hourly employees handling a military-grade murder weapon giving that person an ability to end someone's life invisibly and get away with it. EVERYONE'S life is in danger with this program around. My story is only half of a story about the RNM program. It requires both sides to be considered complete. I offer nearly half of everything to my captors who have nearly stopped attacking me. They are good people caught in a mess of a situation. We both can get to safety though by helping each other out with validity. The government can demolish a ti but they will retreat when faced with a ti/perp team. I've got their validity within the pages of my journal and in my mouth. They have the validity of my entire experience in their testimony of using the program on me. They know who I am but I don't know them. I'd like to thank them personally for stopping their attacks. It takes a big person to be able to stop obsessing compulsively about another when you have complete control over them. To not use is part of the first step in recovery. The other part of the first, is to have acceptance over the powerlessness of their using and to ask a Higher Power to help that acceptance stay firmly planted. We like to think we can control our using or manage it in a way that will not result in the same behavior. Abstinence is the only way to eliminate the cravings and it's time to help others on their path of recovery. They too can enjoy their own lives again, once they stop using the RNM program. With the program shut down, all the members of their room of recovery can begin to honestly share their experience with each other about their using of the past but we've got to get the program out of their hands first. There was an individual who called my employer Coldwell Banker and spoke with Tracy Coe who unexpectedly and rather curtly ended our affiliation and wouldn't give me a reason why. There's an internal threat of an entity making a part of the government appear inept and in guarded secrecy of far too much information that's a risk to governmental stability. The government should tell us some of the wonderful things our tax dollars have paid for and launch us all into the Electromagnetic Age and out of the purposeful confusion of the Information Age. We should not adhere to an ideal of a smaller population either because the most successful economic system in the world will choke itself to death with less people to purchase goods. In a depopulation scenario, the top 5% win and the lower 95% lose. Today, officials are spending 95% of their time for 5% of the population. The 95% of us would like our government to do for us, the majority, instead of being reminded that we don't matter in the big picture of things. Maybe we should have an election over ideas and policies rather than over Muppet leaders speaking out both sides of their mouths as if it's a high school popularity contest and veteran stare and ignore employees, choosing to commit genocide, were limited to 20 years of service for administrative (decision makers) staff. The ideas in government are from the 1950s because the people running the show started their careers then and are still there. and in charge. Equity and equality are inherent rights according to God. Man, and woman, is equal to man. The pigment of your skin, the religion you follow, the land where you're from, the sexual partner you join in marriage, the disability or disease you have should not determine the way you are treated. This philosophy, endorsed by two branches of government in the creation and punishment of law on paper, must exist in reality for the betterment of all. Hate breeds hate and love breeds love and God is all love. It is important for the world to be in harmony with the Universe because if it isn't the Devil will take hold and selfish desire, control, domination and discrimination will flourish like a weed, grow strong and choke the plants that nourish our soul. This is a video containing evidence of liable and slander by two neighbors spreading lies in an effort, I think, to remove me from the neighborhood. The lies were told to the police in the 911 recordings. Neighbors lied to police, and NetCare and officers have taken me in 22 times in four years to be hospitalized and experience Hell most of the time for no good reason at all. A neighbor's pet name is Kathy Bates, the character from the Stephen King book and film Misery, because she thinks my anger and outward vocalization of my disgust about her psychiatric set ups is somehow a symptom of a diagnosis I was given because I was there so often in 4 years and am never believed. Because the brain witches didn't believe that neighbors were colluding and participating in liable and slander trying to get me to sell my home, they diagnosed me as a schizophrenic which only 1% of the world population is at the age of 46. Nearly all schizophrenics exhibit symptoms of the mental illness by the age of 25. I had no previous mental illness until neighbors started calling the police all the time. Some neighbors want me to leave THEIR neighborhood. They can't discriminate against me because of a disease, a disability, or sexual orientation. These identifiers are all part of a protected class within the City of Columbus. What they are doing is violating my Civil Rights! They are also violating the rights of my Deed because property owners have a right to enjoy their property without any light or sound nuisance and have the ability to transfer the Deed at will and not under duress. Bottom line: if you want to choose your neighbors purchase some really expensive air and live in a Condominium Complex where you are allowed to vote on what to do about an owner of a unit. You can't choose your neighbors and it is indeed harassment to make someone uncomfortable or scared for an extended period of time. If the period of time is long enough it shockingly is considered torture.

Lies were told about me and believed in my neighborhood. A group that was brought in to help the neighbors get me to leave decided to use physical and psychological torture using electronic harassment to accomplish their surveillance and reach their goal. They kept its' use secret from the neighborhood. The program they are using is RNM (Remote Neural Monitoring) and it utilizes V2K (voice to skull technology) to make me respond angrily to their harassment, "talk to myself" and appear crazy for the neighborhood audience around my home. Because of the method they chose, I know that they had complete destruction of my entire life in mind by using it. I don't know the percentage of targeted individuals who never recover from the trauma, but I have moved beyond it and now, eliminating the unconstitutional program being used by the NSA is a worthy use of my time and energy while there is still a chance for the Kingdom of God to remain and free thought and creative thinking can survive. Executive Branch entities, some local law enforcement groups and private security companies are using the military-grade weapon. The classic question, "Do you see or hear anything that others don't" needs some serious refinement. The ones who can really save the world are the experts of the program who use it, manage it, protect it and are aware of it. The program was designed to mimic exactly the symptoms of a mental illness and observed reaction to torture is used to project a silencing. Havana Syndrome is not just occurring to diplomats around the globe, it's happening in our own country and the military is "testing out" and experimenting with non-consenting and innocent Americans. By utilizing millimeter microwave radio frequency radiation beams with satellites, cell towers, and other structures around our country and globe users are able to have god-like capabilities. The beam used to make it work and the GPS satellites that tracks and locks on everyone using RADAR are cancer-causing. Just like the tobacco industry, there is a powerful and wealthy group promoting the illusion of microwaves being safe. This will become an irreversible problem because breaks in the DNA get passed down to subsequent generations. We live in a layer of microwave radiation in our environment that's quickly becoming a thick stew capable of completely masking the RNM beams making it impossible to determine a specific source to lay blame on the actual prepetratrors. So, by adding more harmful waves into the air that are invisible, when one does develop cancer, the cause will be assumed to be cellularly generated instead of being caused by RNM because of the compromising of individuals' unique DNA-RS (DNA Resonance Signature) or electromagnetic "defense" or "force" field being disabled.

I have evidence of SO MANY things that both the police and FBI are ignoring. I have license plate numbers of professionals brought in to help the neighbors get what they want, participants in the ongoing neighborhood stalking, and others, like lawyers, to get me to move. My local law enforcement has not allowed me to file a report of neighborhood harassment now SIX TIMES BY DIALING 911. I have all of my calls I made on a CD-ROM which proves that for whatever reason I have been profiled and discriminated against. In addition, I have called my Community Liaison Officer THIRTEEN times leaving messages and have gotten one return call and told that the facts I presented sounded like a "conspiracy theory." I was finally successful the 7th time reporting crime for the first time on October 22, 2021. The report became an incident deemed a miscellaneous crime without any investigation being done even though it is a federal crime and I asked to be contacted by an investigator. I never got a call. The report number is 213026793 for anyone able to access it. I have also contacted the Internal Affairs Bureau over two dozen times with reports and emails. I have gotten one message instructing me to call them or my Liaison Officer. I called the Internal Affairs Bureau and left a message a bit frustrated saying I don't know what calling the Liaison Officer will do because I'm having trouble communicating with them. I've also completed many online reports of crime and most every report has been rejected and I am instructed in the email to call to have an officer dispatched to take an official report. Basically, I get the run around whichever way I turn to get help. In January 2022, I have begun to write correspondence with the Chief of Police so that she may be made aware of all the trouble I am encountering as additional time elapses and I continue to be attacked with additional radiation virtually every day. I began sharing evidence with the Federal Bureau of Investigation and Department of Homeland Security and Department of Justice. I have now filed 69 reports and tips with the FBI, 6 reports to the Department of Homeland Security and written 7 reports to the Department of Justice about what's occurring in the neighborhood and city and how the police have blocked my way to getting my rights restored. Nobody has responded. One time I called the FBI Cincinnati Field Office and the administrative assistant said my case was inconclusive, I was told to not call back and then hung up on. I traveled to the Cincinnati Field Office once wanting to speak with someone about the reports and tips I had filed which now total 69. I was turned away at the gate and told to report to my local law enforcement. I said I've tried and they won't let me file reports of crime. He repeated the same statement and I got in a fender bender leaving the Office parking lot. That was the first suspended license period that set off a string of other ticket turned infractions that kept me home prisonbound for nearly two years. One infraction I was never mailed because my mailing address on file was not my P.O. Box and spent an unexpected weekend in jail for not appearing for a court date of a driving infraction. I have spent thousands of dollars and now enjoy a premium price tag for insurance to have the freedom to escape my neighborhood home prison where I am watched closely from nearly all sides based on rumors and lies told by men faking and believed to be of government status. I have medical documentation of dental x-rays and exams from both 2014 and 2020 (before and during the attacks) that prove 60% of portions of my lower jawbone has disappeared and that severe and rapid recession of my gums has occurred. When they use RNM, the Wigger's Pawn, and adjust the frequency of the energy beam to my mouth there is a tingling within my jawbone and I experience "Spider Teeth" or "gum sweat" which is my actual gum tissue being heated and essentially cooked just like a microwave oven does. I now have Stage 3-4 Periodontal Disease which elevates my risk of premature death by 700%. Within the last 2 years I have developed 20 cavities because the dentin (softer part of the tooth and more porous) is exposed because of the lack of gum tissue that I've swallowed that's been disintegrated. There is also evidence of loss of tooth mass or bone loss of my teeth with x-rays over the years. Because of the torturous aspect of the program of RNM the government refuses to help. This is the reality in America in the 21st century and I experience all of it for not having done anything wrong or illegal to justify torture. It sucks, but hopefully with some outside help "the truth shall set [me] free..." I only tell the truth because lies get people sticky and caught so I mean what I say, and I say what I mean. I wouldn't lie about something this important. Non-believers: you're next in becoming slaves and won't even know it after they kill all the controllers as the program becomes run by A.I. in the near future. The targeted individual community NEEDS the public's support in ending torture occurring around the globe. You don't need to believe something is true to support an end of suffering. WAKE UP and help end a depopulation agenda that's equivalent to Silent Genocide.
