One of the biggest mistakes people leaders make is assuming the relevance is obvious.

It’s not.

Before you dive into the content, connect the dots:
Why does this matter? How will this help them? HOW WILL THIS MAKE THEIR LIFE EASIER?

Because if your team is sitting there thinking, “Cool… but how does this help me?” — you’ve already lost them.

Training should feel relevant before it feels educational.
