First coat going up on this stucco exterior in Grandview.

Still plenty of work ahead, but it’s always fun to see the transformation start to take shape. Stucco takes a little extra patience to get the coverage right, so we’re working through it carefully, section by section.

Progress in Powell.

Dark walls are beautiful—but they’re also incredibly unforgiving. Every line, transition, patch, and imperfection has the potential to show, which means the prep and application have to be just as intentional as the final coat.

Our team has been taking the time to get every detail right on this one—from careful prep to clean edges and a consistent finish throughout.

The darker the color, the more the details matter. And that’s exactly where we like to focus.

Columbus weather has been keeping us on our toes lately — but the exterior projects are still getting done.

Between the heat, pop-up storms, and what feels like endless rain, our crews have been making the most of every clear window. Sharing a few exterior transformations from this week and last because these guys deserve the credit.
