We’d like to share that Arianny Damian will be closing her chapter with Thompson Restoration Associates.
During her time at Thompson, Arianny played a meaningful role in our growth and momentum. Her energy, creativity, and authenticity helped elevate our brand and expand how we show up across the community and the industry. Much of the visibility and traction we benefit from today reflects the passion she brought to her work.
Arianny’s impact can be seen through the evolution of signature initiatives such as our annual golf outing, increased visibility through speaking engagements and industry panels, and consistent representation of Thompson across more than eight nonprofit and professional boards. Through this work, she helped position Thompson as a forward-thinking organization deeply invested in long-term relationships and community leadership.
While we are saddened to see her go, we are proud of the path she’s choosing and grateful for everything she has contributed. Arianny is stepping away from the restoration industry entirely to pursue a new and distinctly creative direction, and we know she will bring the same excellence and intention to whatever comes next.
The connections she helped build — rooted in trust, presence, and purpose — are ones we are committed to carrying forward as part of our mission of Rebuilding Property and Restoring Lives.
