Here’s a behind the scenes look at running Cat6 and fiber between separate building AV racks. The Fluke DSX-5000 is Aaron’s favorite tool and here’s why:

“Every line gets tested with a Fluke - no guessing, no ‘it should be fine.’ If it’s carrying control, audio, or video over the network, it needs to be Fluke certified.

AV systems live on the network now. Clean terminations and solid
infrastructure matter just as much as the gear in the rack. This is the
part most people don’t see, but it’s what keeps everything reliable long term.”

This past week was filled with helping over a dozen of our customers prepare for the busy Easter weekend with last minute equipment orders, upgrades, and service calls. We finished out the week with a long-time customer of ours by installing new bulbs and servicing their projectors.

Our crew had a great time working with the team at ! The Columbiana Arts Theatre had multi-function needs to allow this space to serve the community with a concert style sound system, 5.1 for a movie theatre, and stage productions - all in one space.
