Our trip/diagnose fee is never waived or removed, and all customers future and present are made aware of this at the time of scheduling. Our script has never changed or will change. It’s the $119 plus tax trip/diagnose fee, parts and labor are additional if needed but the $119 goes INTO the final estimate. Nothing is waived or removed. So the final estimate is going to have the trip/diagnose fee, parts, labor, and tax. If you decline that estimate, that’s when it’s the $119+ tax that is due only. The companies that say it’s waived or removed is just a marketing gimmick to get into the door. Those companies just add more to the labor even double or triple and add more to the parts to make up for waiving a fee. Any honest company with integrity does not do or tell you that. We’re a small FIVE star family business doing the right thing everyday for our customers.

We will be closed on Friday 05-08-2026. We’re still doing in-home service that day, but we will not be answering the phones. So after Thursday 05-07-2026 at 5pm we will not answer the phone until 05-11-2026 at 9am. You can always leave a message and we will call you back on Monday. If it’s a dire emergency, unfortunately you would have to wait till Monday or call someone else trustworthy. This is the same as our weekend off schedule. It’s just one more extra day.

Here’s some more information for future customers trying to schedule. We absolutely cannot use part/parts that you supply. No matter where they come from Amazon, the manufacturer etc. We cannot do it for liability/insurance reasons, and we cannot guarantee the job at all. So for that reason, we will not even attempt it no matter the situation or where you got the part from. That being said we can supply the part and you’re absolutely not gonna save any money getting the part yourself usually. If it’s an OEM part you’re gonna pay the same price give or take a little bit through us. Then we would supply a guarantee and a warranty. We just wanted to clear the air with this because it comes up occasionally.

If you’re scheduling as a property manager/landlord/tenant situation, we have to have the credit card upfront with a $350 limit. We also need the tenants information to schedule. If you’re uncomfortable with this, we understand, but we cannot budge on this. We have probably over a dozen stories on why we have to have this information. We’ve had landlords meet us on site and then leave and be unresponsive. We’ve had to call multiple landlords on site and they don’t answer. We’ve had landlords say they’re gonna meet us on the 30 minute call ahead and they don’t answer or meet us. We know it’s a few bad apples that has ruined it but we can’t do it business wise. It’s nothing personal!!

Unfortunately due to the weather we’re not physically running service calls tomorrow Monday January 26th 2026. The customers that are on the schedule tomorrow we’re going to call you in the morning to reschedule. We’re sorry for the inconvenience, but the residential areas will be last they will get to so even Tuesday is probably going to be challenging. Thanks for understanding!

Our holiday hours are as follows 12-24-2025 normal hrs 9am-5pm. We will be closed 12-25-2025, 12-26-2025, and 01-01-2026. We appreciate all of our customers and happy holidays.

Tomorrow November 26th 2025 at 5 PM we’re closed until Monday December 1st 2025 9am. We know if your fridge breaks during this time you will have to seek another servicer or wait for us if you can hopefully but we understand if you cannot wait. We take this time to spend time with our families.

There’s something that came to our attention and we want to put this out there. If we come and diagnose your appliance, we stand behind our diagnosis 100%!! We have to finish the job though. If you go get or order the part yourself and have your Brother, Father, Cousin, Son, neighbor etc do the repair, we cannot stand behind that. We have to supply the part and physically do the repair to guarantee the job. If for some rare reason that it does not resolve the issue, we cross that at that time. You will not pay for something that we cannot repair or have the ability to (part availability) or misdiagnose the appliance EVER in our existence. We have to perform the job to get that guarantee though. We only use OEM parts and get them from our 4 national suppliers that have a guarantee as well. Please ensure after being in business over six years we’re going to take care of the customer FIRST!

Today it has been 6 years since we’ve opened up the business! It seems like it flew by but then again it seems like it’s been forever. We would like to thank all of the loyal customers that are repeat and refer us daily because without them obviously we wouldn’t be in business. Also to our awesome employees past and present because without them it wouldn’t be possible either. Here’s to many many many more years. Thanks everyone! Especially to Matthew and Jo for being awesome recently and going over and beyond..
