🎓 As the school year wraps up, summer is the right time to look at how your buildings use energy. Empty hallways and accessible systems make it easier to audit, plan, and complete upgrades before students return. 🏫 Energility works with K–12 districts across Ohio.

🌞 Summer is one of the times home energy use spikes, and most of it goes to keeping things cool. A few small habits can keep you comfortable while reducing your energy use.

Close curtains or blinds during the hottest part of the day, especially on the sides where the sun is streaming in. Run ceiling fans counterclockwise so they push cool air down. And if it cools off at night, open the windows.

Same comfort. Lower bill. Less work for the AC.

An energy plan is a decision-making tool, not just a document. 📋 It tells you where to start, what to fix, what it costs, and what you'll save. For commercial buildings and public facilities, that's the difference between reacting and planning. 💡
