BTC specializes in transitional/interim leadership and church & community partnerships. Al White has been in ministry for 35 years serving in various positions in 6 churches. From chief bottle washer to senior pastor (not much difference!) Al's experiences include youth, music/worship, discipleship, missions and senior pastor. From small to big churches, and from rural to urban settings, Al's desire is to help churches navigate change towards God's intended community within all churches.
