Dear Provider,

Ohio Department of Medicaid, DODD, and Rhino Bill will be closed on Monday, May 31, 2021, in observance of Memorial Day. Claims will still be due by 5 pm (Claims will also be sent on Tuesday at 5 pm and Wednesday at 11 am). This closure will cause paychecks to be delayed that week until Friday, June 4, 2021.

Dear Provider,

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas! Lights are twinkling in the night, goodwill and cheer abound all around. It's the time of year to gather with family and friends and celebrate together. In order to let our employees celebrate, RhinoBill will close at noon on Thursday, December 24th. Rhino Bill, ODM, and DODD will be closed Friday, December 25th. ODM and DODD claims will still be sent on Monday and Tuesday at 5pm and Wednesday at 11am.
ODM does not have a scheduled pay delay, but some banks may be closing early for the holiday. This should not affect the processing of your direct deposit however, you should contact your bank on how your direct deposit will be processed if they are closing early on Thursday. If you are receiving a paper check in the mail, do expect a delay due to the holiday season. Rhino Bill wishes you and your family a very Merry Christmas!

Dear Provider,

Thanksgiving is just around the corner! We all have many things to be grateful for; we here at RhinoBill are thankful for all of our wonderful customers who have made us what we are today.
In celebration of this holiday ODM will be closed Thursday, November 26th and RhinoBill will be closed both Thursday, November 26th and Friday, November 27th.
Please remember that most banks are also closed for Thanksgiving so your paycheck may not be deposited until Friday, November 27th. It is best to contact your bank to determine how your direct deposit will be processed. If you are receiving a paper check in the mail, do expect a delay due to the holiday season.
