We’ve been a little FB silent but this team has been busy spreading the

Our very own head instructor and second degree black belt, Terri Rosen has been teaching women’s self defense at OSU Newark as an accredited class for 2 semesters now and already scheduled for her 3rd.

We’ve just completed a week long training with the Columbus Urban League’s Gang Intervention Team. Great things happening with this group!

Multiple workshops for OSU classes and clubs, our yearly training with an international au pairs group and local neighborhood groups.

We couldn’t be more proud of how hard this team is working to make our Columbus community safer!

We’re about to kick off a week long refresher course with the Columbus Metro Parks Rangers. 5 years training our park rangers! 🙂

We’re very excited to have been asked to present self defense principles and training to the Gahanna Area Realty Association.
