Rocky Bayou Baptist Church in , Florida called The Penn Group with a nightmare. 2 blown sound boards from a lightening strike, and Sunday service in limp mode. They came to the right place.

The Penn Group first executed a next day repair based on available parts, and when that repair didn’t resolve the issue, was retained to do the impossible.

Sound boards are big and bulky, and require expensive freight which is notoriously unreliable with delivery timelines. Our team flew out next day to ALLEN & HEATH’s North American warehouse, picked up an with and hightailed it to Florida. Working well into the night, our team rebuilt their show file, performed console training and cleaned up a rack.

Thank you Rocky Bayou Baptist for trusting us with your AVL needs.
