Today’s featured speaker was realtor Fields Ferguson - Mississippi Magnolia, who delivered an insightful presentation on the current real estate market across Lowndes, Clay, and Oktibbeha Counties.

Fields broke down the differences between buyer’s markets, seller’s markets, and balanced markets, while also sharing practical advice for both buyers and sellers navigating today’s changing market conditions.
