Focusing on this corned beef with German potato salad and braised cabbage. Perfect bites all around.
The real win though? My 5 year old took one bite of the cabbage and yelled, “This is SO delicious!” And honestly… if you can impress a 5 year old with cabbage, you’ve officially won dinner 😂

The very next night we switched gears for a beautiful women’s philanthropy event filled with lots of little bites, great conversation, and an even greater cause.
Always one of my favorite events to be part of because there’s something so special about bringing women together over good food while supporting meaningful work in the community.

70 years young and still the life of the party 🎉🌮🔥
My dad was born on Cinco de Mayo, and somehow the universe knew exactly what it was doing. Five has always been his lucky number, and this year we got to celebrate the big 7-0 surrounded by so many friends, family, tacos, guac, marshmallows, and memories.
Feeling extra grateful to live in Columbus where we could pull off such a fun, delicious, joy filled night together. We laughed hard, ate even harder, and yes… the guac bar was a fan favorite immediately 🥑
Menu highlights:
🌮 Build-your-own taco bar with beef barbacoa, achiote chicken, and roasted sweet potato + black bean tacos
🥑 Made-to-order guacamole bar with fresh pico, salsa verde, and endless chips
🥗 Mixed green Mexican salad with creamy corn dressing
🍉 Tajín fruit skewers, Mexican chocolate bark, and s’mores cupcakes
🍹 Bonfire Paloma Punch, sangria, Mexican beers, and all the festive vibes

Happy 70th to the guy who taught us how to celebrate big, not to take life too seriously, and enjoy every second of it. Love you, Dad ❤️
