I attended The Women's Fund of Central Ohio Keyholder event in May where Ashley Judd spoke about self care. She said "Self care is not selfish." I took some time today to focus on professional and personal development. It was the most amazing, productive 8 hours and I know it was an investment made not only for my benefit, but for my clients' as well.
