Last week, our Founder, Amy Lahmers, MS, Prosci, was the invited speaker at the Dublin Chamber of Commerce in City of Dublin, Ohio - Government Leadership Academy program on one of our favorite topics, "Leading from Above the Line."

There’s something powerful about being in a room full of leaders who are committed to growing in self-awareness. We talked about the choice we all have in leadership: to operate from a place of ownership, curiosity, and courage, or to slip into blame, defensiveness, and reactivity.

What stood out most? The honesty in the room. The willingness to reflect as we worked through real leadership scenarios. The conversations that went beyond surface-level and into the kind of growth that actually changes teams, cultures, and organizations.

Leadership isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about being aware enough to choose how we show up.
