Our team at Optic Communications has thoroughly investigated the issue and confirmed that the problem is not originating within our network or systems.

📞 If you are experiencing issues making or receiving calls involving Verizon Wireless, please contact Verizon directly to report the issue.

📱 Verizon Wireless customers can dial 611 directly from their cell phones to reach Verizon Customer Support.

The more customers who report this issue, the better Verizon can identify and work toward resolving the problem.

🚨We have reported an issue to Verizon with a switch being down on their end. Customers using a landline telephone trying to call Verizon cell phones will have trouble completing the call while Verizon works on their outage.🚨
