Joan knew from a young age she wanted to be a nurse, and her passion has only grown stronger over the years. She shares that her favorite part of Summit is the team, “it’s like working with family!”

Today we’re celebrating Michelle Brooksbank, ADON, and her nearly 6 years of dedication to Summit Home Care.

Michelle shares that one of her most meaningful experiences was watching a patient’s healing journey from start to finish- reminding us how powerful compassionate, consistent care can be. She also values the strong relationships built with patients through trust and connection.
