As we do every year, the Aimpoint Research team came together last week to participate in a multi-day staff retreat to review the past year and discuss plans for 2023. But most importantly, we celebrated each other and strengthened our foundation as a - absolutely essential as we work toward a common purpose.

And of course, no Aimpoint Research retreat is complete without LEGO® Serious Play®. We also threw a little Harry Potter, cake decorating, and Gregg Doud concert t-shirt in the mix this year. 😎
