Deming-Rivers Social Club We offer consulting, workshops, and leadership coaching focused on workplace mental health, inclusion, and equity.

Deming-Rivers Social Club is a consulting team helping mission-driven organizations build cultures of real inclusion, psychological safety, and community care by address the actual root causes of burnout, conflict, and misalignment. Deming-Rivers Social Club is a consulting and training collective run by two psychologists (and spouses!) dedicated to building workplace cultures where equity and mental health actually thrive. We specialize in helping organizations move beyond performative DEI and Band-Aids for staff burnout, using trauma-informed, identity-aware strategies rooted in psychology and real-world systems change. Through workshops, leadership coaching, and program redesign, we equip values-aligned teams with the tools and mindset shifts needed to create lasting, inclusive change—without losing their humanity (or humor) in the process. Our services include DEI strategy audits, burnout repair programs, inclusive leadership training, and redesign support for internal policies and culture. All offerings are trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, and grounded in psychological research. We’ll be sharing information about how to partner with us, along with sample tools and frameworks that demonstrate our approach to culture change.

We're so excited to have DJ Brianna Lee keeping the music going all day at Diverse Fest.

DJ Brianna Lee, also known as Larry, is a veteran DJ, entertainer, and music producer with decades behind the decks. A fixture at Orlando’s famed Parliament House Resort for 25 years, his work includes Billboard Dance/Club–charting remixes for Amuka (Sheila Brody of George Clinton’s P-Funk Band) and Gioia Bruno of Exposé. A former drag performer, he kept the Brianna Lee name as his DJ and production career grew. Renowned for mixing tunes from the ’70s, ’80s and ’90s through today—across country, hip-hop, Latin, house, circuit and dance—he’s performed at major LGBTQIA+ events like Gay Days Orlando, One Magical Weekend, Come Out With Pride Orlando, Tampa Pride, Winter Park Pride, Project Pride events and Bears on the River. He’s also a go-to for weddings, private parties, pool events and special celebrations, and is known for Sarasota’s Disco Brunch and the Outpost Neighborhood Tavern Drag Brunch in Orlando. Returning for his second appearance at the Diversity Festival at Harvest House, DJ Brianna Lee continues his longtime commitment to community-centered events and causes.
