We recently had the opportunity to join the Peachtree City Rotary Club to speak about The State of Employee Engagement. It was a great opportunity to connect, share insights, and discuss what meaningful engagement looks like in today’s workplace!

Who says team building has to feel like work?

We recently had the opportunity to spend a morning with the team at Harbin Insurance! It was filled with laughter, connection, and activities designed to strengthen how they work together.

The best part of it? When people are genuinely having fun, they're often building trust, communication, and collaboration without even realizing it.

We were excited to welcome our newest 2Impact team member, Amanda Newman, into her first workshop with us: The Fruit of Our Strengths 🍎🍓

We spent the afternoon exploring creativity through art and reflecting on how everyone’s unique strengths showed up along the way. The best learning often happens when you’re having so much fun, it doesn’t feel like work!
