Looking to add some variety to your cardio selection? Most gyms have treadmills, bikes, rowers, and stairclimbers but it is not common to see seated ellipticals. These machines are excellent in a rehab setting or for an older demographic. The machines are easy to enter and exit because of a rotating seat. Just took in this very unique machine. The Body masters MD 216 Low Back. If you are looking for a posterior chain crushing machine then this is going to be it. It is extremely adjustable so you can hit exactly what you’re trying to hit whether that is a hamstring, glute, or back contraction. I used the machine and was blown away how well it worked the posterior chain. I have never liked normal low back extension machines, but this is something totally different. I had not had much experience or knowledge of this machine until now but I understand why it is becoming one of the more desired machines available. Shoot me a message if interested.

The Freemotion Genesis Dual Cable Cross is one of my favorite machines ever produced. The movement arms can articulate up and down and in and out to allow you to set up an endless amount of exercises. Combine this with an adjustable bench and you can do just about anything. Matching Matrix AX5 ascent trainer ellipticals. These machines have touchscreens and are in excellent condition. Some of the best feeling ellipticals I have been on in a while. A few of my vintage York Barbell items have sold recently and I still have some specific cardio parts available like lift motors, drive motors, boards and other items like that. Brand new 5-50 and 5-75 lb rubber hex dumbbell sets available and in stock. If the 5-50 doesn’t quite cut it you can fit a 5-75 set in just about the same footprint. The 2 tier 5-50 rack is set up in front of the 3 tier 5-75 rack so show the comparison. The new 5-50 set with rack is $975 and the new 5-75 set with 3 tier rack is $2200.
