Ever wonder why a repair sometimes takes a little longer than initially anticipated?

Here’s a perfect example of something totally out of a shop’s control.
This new bumper showed up from the vendor torn and was discovered during paint prep today.

Now we’re looking at 2 extra days in the shop waiting on a good replacement to arrive…

Parts delays and defects like this are unfortunately part of the process at times…
