Few sanitary sewer emergency repair/ replacement. Some from roots/ shifting old pipes, another was drilled through by power company. Repairs done by open trench, lining or a combination of both. Check that you have insurance that covers sanitary/ water. If not, adding it to your plan is highly recommended!

Grand chute waterline.
The new water meters being installed in grand chute can actually detect water leaks in the lateral! This customer was given a notice they had a leak . Fix within the month, or their water would get shut off. We open trenched in a new poly line for them from inside of house to curb box. The water was turned back on for them same day, shortly after lunch!
