We are looking for part time help to answer phones, schedule appointments and do miscellaneous office tasks for family owned appliance repair company. Must be available 9 - 5 three to four days a week.
Computer literate, good communication skills, strong work ethic and punctuality are required for this position. Dispatching experience helpful but not required. Pay rate to be based on skill and experience. $15/hr while in training
We are located in Commerce Twp with close freeway access.

I had a broken microwave/wall oven combo. Called a few companies to get an estimate which none would give even though I had the error code with the repair instructions from manufacturer. Moonglow was able to come out the same day within a few hours for an estimate, unlike some others they subtract the estimate from the repair cost if you go with them. They ordered the part and came back in a week to fix it. While the cost with the parts is still pretty high, it was a lot cheaper than buying a new combo. They had good communication to let me know when they were on their way and were quick with the estimates and the repair. I'd recommend.

Great company to work with from start to finish! The receptionist was very nice on the phone John was prompt and efficient at fixing the ice maker in my fridge and I liked the way the company kept me updated about everything through text messages.
